Vial 1: Contains 500 mg Ceftiofur sodium.

Vial 2: Contains 20 ml diluent for injection preparation.

Used to treat respiratory diseases in cattle, buffalo, pigs, and poultry, such as chicken respiratory infections, duck respiratory infections, fowl cholera, combined respiratory infections, and head swelling syndrome.

Ceftiofur is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic with a broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.

• In pigs: Effective against Gram-positive bacteria such as Clostridium perfringens, Cl. difficile, Streptococcus suis, Staphylococcus hyicus, and Erysipelothrix rusiopathiae. Effective against Gram-negative bacteria including E. coli, Salmonella spp., Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, Mannheimia haemolytica, and Fusobacterium necrophorum.
• In poultry: Effective against E. coli, Salmonella spp., and Pasteurella multocida.

Inject 20 ml of the diluent into the powder vial, shake well to dissolve, and administer intramuscularly:

• Cattle and buffalo: 1 ml of reconstituted solution per 25 kg body weight.
• Pigs: 1 ml of reconstituted solution per 8 kg body weight.
• Poultry: 1 ml of reconstituted solution per 2–4 kg body weight.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

• For meat consumption:Buffalo, cow: 01 day; Pig: 02 days; Poultry: 02 days.
• For milk extraction: 0 days.

Should not be used in animals with hypersensitivity to Ceftiofur.

2 years from the manufacturing date.

Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 30°C. Avoid direct sunlight. The reconstituted solution must be used within 24 hours.
