Treatment of metabolic disorders caused by nutritional deficiencies or diseases in cattle, buffalo, goats, sheep, pigs, and poultry, presenting with:

Slow growth, stunting.
Delayed estrus, infertility, or miscarriage.
Tail-biting in pigs, pecking in poultry.
Reduced milk production in sows.
Decline in egg production or malformed eggs in poultry.

Butaphosphan is an alpha organic phosphorus acid that influences the entire anabolic process in organisms. It is involved in various enzymes and anabolic reactions, significantly impacting the liver, muscles, energy metabolism, and plasma phosphorus levels. It enhances the specific responses of smooth muscles. As an organic phosphorus compound, it is safe and non-toxic.
Phosphorus is the most essential mineral for cellular function and a core component of ATP, particularly in muscle cells. It is also a structural component of bones and acts as a buffer for blood, urine, and body pH. After injection, the drug is absorbed and distributed widely in the plasma, including phosphorus-requiring muscles. It is rapidly excreted primarily through urine (70%) and partially through feces.
Vitamin B12 is essential for DNA synthesis. A deficiency inhibits cell nucleus maturation and division, causing anemia. Vitamin B12 is quickly absorbed after intramuscular injection.

الاستخدام

Administer intramuscularly or subcutaneously. Repeat after 5–7 days if necessary.

Cattle, buffalo: 1 ml per 15 kg body weight.
Sows: 1 ml per 10 kg body weight; inject once two weeks before farrowing and repeat after farrowing.
Meat pigs, goats, sheep, calves: 1 ml per 5–8 kg body weight.
Piglets: 1 ml per piglet at 7–10 days of age.
Poultry: 1 ml per 2 kg body weight; mix into drinking water for 3–5 consecutive days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Not required.

Vitamin B12:

Chloramphenicol reduces the hematopoietic response of Vitamin B12.
Vitamin C deactivates Vitamin B12.
H2 inhibitors (e.g., omeprazole), colchicine, neomycin, potassium-containing drugs, and aminosalicylic acid may reduce Vitamin B12 absorption.
