Ingredient

Each 1 ml solution contains:

Vitamin A .......... 30,000 IU
Vitamin D3 .......... 7,500 IU
Vitamin E .......... 5 IU
Solvent (qs) .......... 1 ml

Uses

Prevention and treatment of conditions caused by deficiencies of Vitamins A, D3, and E in cattle, buffalo, horses, pigs, goats, sheep, dogs, and cats, including:

Stunted growth.
Reduced production capacity.
Dry pregnancy or premature birth.

Pharmacological properties

Vitamin A: Participates in the formation and maintenance of epithelial and mucosal functions, playing a key role in reproduction and vision. It supports normal growth, prevents stunted development, and enhances immunity against infections. Vitamin A is primarily stored in the liver, with low plasma protein binding, and excreted through the kidneys and bile.

Vitamin D3: Regulates and balances calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the blood. It is essential for calcium and phosphate absorption in the intestines and is critical for bone and tooth development in young animals. Vitamin D3 is metabolized in the liver and excreted mainly through feces.

Vitamin E: Functions as a cellular antioxidant, stabilizing unsaturated fatty acids and preventing the formation of harmful lipoperoxides. It also protects Vitamin A from oxidation. After absorption, Vitamin E circulates in the bloodstream, is distributed to most tissues, stored in adipose tissue, and metabolized in the liver before being excreted via bile.

Usage

Administer deep intramuscularly every 1–2 weeks.

Piglets, dogs, cats: 1–2 ml per animal per dose.
Fattening pigs, calves, young buffalo, goats, sheep: 3–4 ml per animal per dose.
Breeding pigs, cattle, buffalo, horses: 5–10 ml per animal per dose.

USAGE DURING PREGNANCY:

Avoid using during early pregnancy as Vitamin A may affect the fetus (causing deformities).
Do not exceed the recommended dosage, especially in young sheep, as it may cause kidney stones.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Not required.

Recommendations

Corticosteroids interfere with the effects of Vitamin D3.

High doses of Vitamin E can slow the iron response in treating iron-deficiency anemia.

Contraindications

Do not use in animals younger than one week old.

Side effects

Hypersensitivity or allergic reactions may occasionally occur, treatable with epinephrine or antihistamines.

Vitamin D3 overdose may cause hypercalcemia in young animals.

Expiry date

2 years from the manufacturing date.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
